Overview
Puppy & Purr is a mobile extension of Paw & Purr, a premium pet-sitting brand known for its deeply personal care. Cynthia A., the founder, has over 15 years of experience and treats all animals "like her kids." The app was designed to streamline bookings, improve sitter–client communication, and elevate the overall brand experience. The mobile experience needed to reflect Cynthia's values — love, trust, and dependability — while delivering convenience and operational efficiency for pet parents on the go. Our approach focused on creating a user-centric, mobile-first experience that maintains warmth while delivering functionality at a competitive level.
Problem
Cynthia had built a loyal client base through third-party platforms and her newly launched website, but growth was limited by operational bottlenecks and a lack of automation.
- Manual Workflows: Bookings and updates were done manually via phone, email, or text, leaving room for human error and time loss.
- Scattered Communication: Clients would reach out across multiple channels, causing confusion and missed messages.
